AZGrabber is an Excel spreadsheet that allows Amazon Marketplace sellers to quickly generate a packing slip, shipping label, confirmation email, and address file from the orders page of their seller account.

AZGrabber is free to use, though if you find it useful, we would appreciate a donation.

How it works:  go to Seller Account / Manage Your Account / Sold, and click on an order.

On the order page, right mouse click and select 'Export to Microsoft Excel'

If you get message ' This page contains both secure and non secure items, do you wish to display the non secure items' Click on yes.  Then select the data, click import,  accept the default position of cell A1, click ok.

Excel will be open, with the order data in a default workbook.  Copy all,  open AZGrabber workbook,  and paste to AZGrabber workbook.  After checking the address data on the 'input' page, you have everything needed to fulfill the order.

We use this with Internet Explorer.  I don't know if or how it works with other browsers.  The workbook accepts up to 3 items with SKU's.  1 item with no SKU works, 2 or more items do not.

After editing the workbook, always return to the input tab, select cell A1, and then save.  This ensures that when you open the workbook the order data will be copied correctly.

To send confirmation email: select File-Send to- Mail recipient.  Copy customer email from input tab, and type subject on subject line.  Click on Email tab, then click 'Send this Sheet', it's at the top left by your return address.

The shipper is set up for peel off labels (LS-A) available from Burris, or you can cut out the address and tape to package.

The CSV tab is formatted so you can save that page as a comma delimited file.  You can then import that to USPS Shipping Assistant or other programs.
